We partner with our clients to address real day-to-day challenges and achieve the outcomes they care about. ISF has worked with state government for over 44 years, bringing our expertise to solve the unique challenges of state government. Here at ISF, we focus on the vision, goals, and results our clients need. Strategy, Process, and Technology are a proven methodology we believe in. Finally, ISF develops, integrates, and implements the technologies that support those processes and provide the tools and data required to achieve success.
Overview:
A Client Partner (CP) is someone who can interact with a client, talk openly, casually, and confidently with them about their programmatic or administrative challenges, and walk away as a trusted advisor with several ideas where ISF can provide solutions to improve performance in the client’s target area. The CP will develop pre-sell concepts by leveraging a variety of internal resources (e.g., strategic plans, white papers, legislative appropriations, delivery staff, other CPs) to first identify alignment between the client and ISF. From these client engagements, the CP then develops client friendly material(s), which lead a client through the procurement process, ultimately resulting in a contract. A CP is a proactive problem solver of client challenges and issues and capable of navigating situations through open discussion and problem-solving skills to forge stronger client relationships. The CP must also be able to collaborate with various sized project teams across multiple projects to empower them, support them, and coach them to meet client expectations. This is a person who understands business and the nuances and challenges of project delivery and execution with an eye toward overall personal and corporate growth.
